New Zealand vs Netherlands 1-0

Commonwealth Stadium, Edmonton – Saturday, June 6

Despite a strong second-half, New Zealand fell to Netherlands 1-0 in Saturday’s second game of the Women’s World Cup in Edmonton. Lieke Martens’ first-half strike was enough for Netherlands to take away the three points.
